Among other important distinctions, he holds two triple crowns and won the EuroLeague twice with his team (Panathinaikos) in 2007 and 2009. He played for the Greek National Team and won the gold medal at the EuroBasket (2005) and the silver medal at the World FIBA Championship (2006).
Dual Career: After the end of his professional career as a basketball player, he decided to get involved in coaching young children and he does this in Thessaloniki through a sports academy
